No Win No Fee Legal Attorney Solicitor

“No win, no fee” is a term used to describe a type of contingency fee arrangement between a client and their attorney or solicitor. In this arrangement, the client does not have to pay any legal fees upfront. Instead, the attorney or solicitor only gets paid if they win the case. If the case is lost, the client does not owe the attorney or solicitor any fees. This type of arrangement is also sometimes referred to as a “conditional fee agreement.”
